Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within a period of 3 to 5 business days. Please kindly allow for additional processing time, particularly during peak sale seasons or holidays. We have a flat fee for shipping orders less than $75, and offer free shipping for orders over $75 total. 

Return

Our company operates within a 7-day return policy, which implies that you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request.

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must remain in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of wear or usage, and should include all original tags, as well as the original packaging. Additionally, you will be required to present the receipt or any proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Sale Items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for items purchased during a sale.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a period of 10 business days. Kindly note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
